Studio One boasts generous dimensions of 10m x 8m x 3m, providing ample space for various filming and recording needs. This size allows for flexibility in layout, accommodating everything from small interviews to larger production setups.

If you don’t require any of the above for your hire, we can remove it ahead of your booking leaving you with a blank canvas studio.

Equipment Rental Options: Our AV hire department have 20,000+ items in rental stock including cameras, microphones and lighting.
Post Production: Our content and creation team can support with video editing, motion graphics and graphic design.
Custom Set Design: Work with our woodshop team to create a tailored set that fits your project's unique vision, complete with props and themed decor.
Live Streaming Capabilities: Expand your reach by live-streaming your events or recordings directly from Studio One.
Studio One Lighting Rig
Studio One is supplied, fully lit. The lighting package as part of the hire consists of:
The lighting rig offers full customisation, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere for your recordings. With adjustable LED lighting, you can control brightness, color temperature, and direction to suit your project’s specific requirements. Whether you need soft, ambient lighting for interviews or crisp, bright lighting for product demonstrations, our rig can be tailored to deliver the ideal setup.
Our Studio Facilities
Located in Thurmaston, Leicester, our studios are available for hire 6 days a week. From podcast studios to hire hourly or broadcast studios for a virtual event, we are here to support you get the most out of your project.
The studio complex has a dressing room, green room, kitchen, 32/3 power supplies, air conditioning/ventilation, and a 1Gbps leased line internet connection. We also offer free parking, including electric car charging stations.

At Premier Studios, we pride ourselves on offering a cutting-edge, yet inviting studio designed to bring your vision to life. Our studio combines state-of-the-art technology with a warm and comfortable environment, ensuring you feel at ease while delivering high-quality content.
Green Room Space.
Typically used for clients or presenters to work or relax in while they are at the studios. The screen on the wall can be patched in to show a live feed of what’s happening in Studio One or the live broadcast if you are using the studio for a virtual event.
Dressing Room.
Our dressing room has a high-quality air ventilation and conditioning system and dimmable lighting that can be adjusted to suit your preferences. And if you need to charge your phone or use a hair dryer etc whilst touching up your hair and makeup, we’ve installed several convenient plug sockets for your convenience.
Kitchen Facility.
We understand that a comfortable work environment goes beyond just the recording space, which is why we've included kitchen facilities for our clients. Our fully equipped kitchen is designed to offer you convenience and comfort, making sure you have everything you need during your time in the studio. convenience.

You'll get instant confirmation. Larger bookings, custom set builds or longer-term hires? Drop us an enquiry instead.
The space itself (10m × 8m × 3m), the full lighting rig (LS Edge soft panels and Xero 88 FLX S24 desk), and the standard set — carpet flooring, black wool wallpaper, brick backdrop, sofa and armchairs, coffee tables, floor lamps, and a rug. If you don't want any of it, we can strip the space back to a blank canvas before you arrive.
Yes. Our in-house workshop can design and build a tailored set that matches your project's vision — props, scenic elements, branded backdrops, themed environments. Worth a discovery call before you book if you want a custom build, so we can scope the cost and timeline properly.
Yes — Studio One is set up for it. We can stream your event directly from the studio, or record it for later distribution. Multi-camera, broadcast-quality, with the option to bring in our showcalling and live production team if it's a bigger production.
Yes. Premier Studios has full edit, motion graphics and design teams in the same building. Add post-production to the booking and we'll cut, grade and finish the content — or take the raw files and edit it yourself. Either works.
