DESIGNED HERE. MADE HERE. DELIVERED HERE.
Most of this comes apart in the gaps. The set designer never speaks to the AV team, the deck turns up in a different font to the signage, the film gets cut by someone who's never seen the room. We do the lot in the same studio, which means fewer handovers and a much better chance it all feels like one event rather than four suppliers.
IT SHOULD ALL FEEL LIKE ONE EVENT.
Most events get designed by committee. The set comes from one supplier, the deck from someone in marketing, the film from an agency, the signage from whoever could turn it round in time. Individually they're all fine. Together they don't quite match.
The audience never sees the org chart. They see a room, and they clock it straight away when the stage graphic and the printed programme don't feel related. Not consciously, and they'd struggle to tell you why, but the whole thing reads slightly cheaper than the sum of its parts.
We design the lot in one building. Same team, same references, same eye across all of it. That's less about convenience and more about the work still holding together by the time it's standing up in front of people.
Here is how a creative project usually comes together.

THINKING
Working out what the room actually needs.
Outcome first. What people should walk out with.
Look and feel agreed before anything gets built.
Reference, not guesswork. Shown, not described.
Scope mapped. Set, screen, print, film, all of it.
One creative lead, so it stays coherent.

MAKING
Designed, drawn, shot and built here.
Concept and visual direction.
Renders and visuals, so you can sign it off.
Screen content, motion and slides.
Film and stills, shot with the edit in mind.
Print, signage and environmental graphics.

DELIVERING
Out the door and into the room.
Artwork checked and print-ready.
Assets in every format you will need.
Install and on-site build managed by us.
Files handed over clean and named properly.
Everything archived, so year two is easier.
WORK WE'RE PROUD OF.
We work with teams who care about how their message lands, and how their audience feels in the room. The brief might be a 15-hour global livestream, a four-day multi-market programme, or a monthly store visit with a camera and a 48-hour turnaround. Different rooms, different pressures, same obsession with getting it right. Here's what that looks like in practice.

QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT.
One bit is completely fine. Plenty of clients come to us for slides and nothing else, or a film, or just the signage. The joined-up version is an option, not a condition.
Yes, and we would rather have them early. If the guidelines are thin, or they have never been stress-tested on a stage or a twenty-metre screen, we will flag what is not going to survive and suggest how to extend them properly.
Earlier is cheaper. Once the venue is booked and the agenda is locked, a lot of creative decisions have already been made by accident. We can pick things up late and often do, but the good stuff usually comes from being in the room at the start.
Yes. We will supply print-ready artwork and specs, and we are happy to talk to your printer or build partner. We would just rather nobody found out on install day that something was drawn to a spec no one checked.
It depends entirely on scope, so any number we put here would be made up. Tell us what the event is and roughly what you are working with, and we will come back with something honest rather than a range designed to win a meeting.
What We Do.
Everything we do sits across two things: the creative that shapes the story, and the content and stagecraft that makes it run. Some clients need one. Most need both. Whatever the mix, the aim is the same, work that lands properly when the lights go up.
FOLLOW ALONG.
A look at what we're making, how we're making it, and the occasional thing that nearly didn't work. You'll find behind-the-scenes cuts, new projects going up, and the odd bit of studio life that probably wouldn't survive a client meeting. Straight from our Instagram, live on the page.
